INGREDIENTS:
1. Egg - 3
2. Onion - 1 big
3. Green chilly - 1
4. Turmeric powder - 2 pinches
5. Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt to taste
7. Curry leaves
8. Cooking oil
METHOD:
1. First beat the egg and add cut onion, green chilly, and curry leaves and mix well.

4. Egg dosa is ready to eat with Thakkali sadam, sambar sadam.
